Once you have financed the furniture, you can take it with you immediately.

Our shipment arrives every Tuesday.  To ensure your order arrives on time, please place your order before Monday at 10AM.  Orders placed after 10AM on Monday will arrive the following Tuesday.

Delivery and Pick-Up FAQ

Yes, we offer delivery services.  Please contact us during our business hours to obtain a quote.

We delivery to the Central Valley & Northern California.

–Drop off Delivery

Our drop off delivery service entails bringing your furniture to your doorstep. While our delivery crew will make every effort to get the merchandise as close to your home as possible, such as the garage or front door, they will not be able to bring it inside.

–White Glove Delivery (Delivery + Set Up)

Our inside delivery service is a premium offering that includes unboxing and assembly of all merchandise at your home, along with furniture setup and removal of packaging material. Our delivery crew will handle all these tasks to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience and your furniture is ready to use.

Call 209-455-7100 for drop off & white glove delivery.

It is required that someone be present at the time of delivery, unless you have designated a safe spot for us to leave your items.  Once the items are dropped off, we will send you a photo as confirmation.  After that we are not responsible for any damage or loss of your items.

Please note that for local pickup, customers are expected to provide their own assistance in case there is no staff available to help with loading. However, our staff can provide loading equipment like dollies upon request. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all merchandise is securely loaded, and they should bring their own ropes, ties, blankets, and straps needed for safe transportation of the furniture to their vehicle.

Additionally, customers are reminded that they have 72 hours to pick up their order unless they have made prior arrangements.

RETURN/EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY FAQ

No, all dimensions will be stated before your purchase.

Return
We accept returns only for items with manufacturing defects, such as;
 
- Broken parts upon opening the box 
-Missing hardware 
-Missing components
-Defective components
 
If you encounter any of these issues, please call us first.  We will let you know if we can order the missing or damaged part, or if you need to return the item in its original packaging to our warehouse, so we can order a replacement for you.
 
Important notes:
-Returned items must be newunusedand in their original packaging.
-We cannot accept returns if the item has been assembled, modified, or is missing its original box.
-Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of pickup or delivery.
